Functieomschrijving
As a key marketing specialist, you will collaborate closely with sales, product management, and the global marketing team. This role offers a high degree of autonomy, allowing you to define and execute strategic marketing campaigns, particularly via LinkedIn and digital channels. Your expertise will be crucial in shaping Yokogawa’s presence in the European market.
Market Analysis & Strategy
- Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive positioning in targeted industries and applications.
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive growth and market penetration across Europe.
Technical Marketing
- Serve as the technical marketing expert, providing insights on products, applications, and industry trends.
- Create and deliver technical content, including white papers, case studies, articles, and presentations.
Campaign Development & Execution
- Plan, develop, and execute targeted marketing campaigns to generate leads and increase brand awareness.
- Collaborate with the global marketing team to align with overall marketing objectives and maintain brand consistency.
Product Launch & Promotion
- Lead the marketing efforts for new product launches, including go-to-market strategies, promotional activities, and customer communication.
- Work closely with product management and sales teams to ensure effective product positioning and market adoption.
Customer Engagement & Support
- Engage with customers and industry partners to understand their needs and challenges and provide technical support and solutions.
- Organize and participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote Yokogawa’s products and services.
Digital Marketing
- Develop and manage digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing campaigns.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing efforts and optimize strategies for maximum impact.
Collaboration & Communication
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including Sales, YMI Product Management, Customer Support, Service, Repair, and Calibration to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
- Provide regular reports and updates on marketing activities, performance metrics, and market insights to senior management.

Wat wij zoeken
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics Engineering, Industrial Automation, or a related technical field.
- 3-5 years of experience in product marketing, business development, or technical marketing in the Test & Measurement industry or a related sector.
- Strong expertise in LinkedIn marketing campaigns, digital marketing, and lead generation.
- Proficiency in marketing automation, CRM tools, and content marketing strategies.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills in an international setting.
- Ability to work independently and proactively drive marketing initiatives.
- Fluency in English; German language skills are a plus.
- Willingness to travel within Europe for customer meetings and industry events.
